Payroll
Payroll administration without the hassle
If you have staff, a mountain of rules comes your way every month. We take over your entire payroll: payslips, payroll tax returns, pensions and annual statements. On time, correct, and your employees know where they stand.

What we do
What gets done every month
Everything that goes into a correct payroll, every pay period. Without you having to think about it.

Payslips
Per employee, per period, ready before payday.
Payroll tax returns
Filed with the Tax Administration on time, every period.
Annual statements
All the year-end payroll work, done in January.
Holiday pay
Calculated and paid out, annually or per period.
Pensions
Enrolling employees, paying contributions and passing on changes.
Applying the CLA
We keep track of changes to your collective labour agreement and apply them.
Subsidies
Applying for the wage cost benefits you are entitled to.
Calculate in advance
Know what an employee really costs
On top of the gross salary, extra costs such as employer contributions and holiday pay easily add another 50 per cent. Before you hire someone, we calculate the total cost for you.
That is exactly the kind of sum you want to do before you sign a contract, not after. Feel free to call us if you are thinking about hiring someone. We do not charge for that.

Subsidies
The subsidies you are entitled to
A lot of wage cost subsidy goes unclaimed, simply because employers do not know they are entitled to it. Think of the wage cost benefit for older employees, the work-based learning subsidy and sector training funds.
We go through these options with you as standard whenever someone joins or leaves. It is included in the fixed fee, not a separate advisory project.
Sectors
Even when your payroll is complicated
We do a lot of work for companies in security, staffing and business services. These are sectors with changing shifts, unsocial hours allowances, high staff turnover and collective agreements that change regularly. Exactly the kind of payroll where standard software falls short.

Questions about our firm
Want to know something else? Call us and you will get an answer straight away.
Nothing; in Dutch they are two words for the same thing. Both cover calculating and processing salaries, payroll taxes and everything that goes with them.
With payrolling, your employees are formally employed by another company. When you outsource your payroll administration, they simply stay employed by you. We do the latter. You remain the employer and stay in control; we just take over the calculations and the returns.
You can, but it is the part of the administration where most mistakes are made. Payroll taxes, CLA changes, pension bases and the work-related costs scheme change almost every year. A mistake in a payroll tax return often only surfaces months later, along with an additional assessment and a fine.
You are legally required to give your employee a payslip with the first payment and whenever something changes. In practice, most employers provide one every month. We deliver payslips before payday as standard, so your employees know what is coming.
Seven years, like the rest of your administration. Payroll tax declarations and copies of identity documents must be kept for up to five years after employment ends.
